For registration, please complete the registration form and return it to the IMCM'06/PETO'06 with the appropriate fee at your earliest convenience not later than May 10, 2006. It is also possible to register to the Conference directly by using the on-line registration, or by completing the offline registration form:

All registrations include the admission to lectures and the social programme. A copy of the conference proceedings will be provided to all participants. To register with a student rate, it is necessary to provide a copy of a valid student ID or a letter from the head of school or department that certifies the student status.

Receipt of Registration
A receipt will be issued at the registration desk at the beginning of the conference.

Cancellation & Refund
Any cancellation must be communicated to the IMCM'06 secretariat in written form not later than May 10, 2006. EUR 50,- will be charged for processing costs. A letter requesting the refund must report registrant name as well as payment modalities. No refund will be issued after May 10, 2006. All refunds will be paid after the conference.
