Papers should not exceed 20 pages according to the author
guidelines. The official language of the conference is English. Therefore, final
manuscripts that are accepted for publication in the conference proceedings
should be written and presented in English. In order to facilitate the review
process, authors should mention at the cover page (which is not included in the
word limit), their names, institutions or affiliations, addresses, emails, and
websites. The first author is considered as the corresponding author unless it
is explicitly mentioned on the cover page. Furthermore, authors have to specify
the track to which the paper can be assigned. All papers will be reviewed by at
least two members of the review committee. In order to maintain this
double-blind review policy, no indication that would identify the authors is
allowed in the abstracts.
